Naan Flatbread

Ingredients

  • 2 c Flour - AP
  • 2 tsp Sugar or 1 pkg Equal/Splenda
  • 1tsp Yeast
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 3/4c Water
  • 2 TBSP Plain Yogurt
  • 2 TBSP Olive oil or Butter (melted)
  • Topping
  • 2 TBSP Butter (melted) with Garlic Salt
  • Directions

    1. Mix dry ingredients together and add other ingredients, mix well.
    2. Rest for 1 hour.
    3. Divide into 6 balls, rest 15 minutes.
    4. Roll flat and fry on Medium hot griddle. Spray grilled 1st batch only.
    5. Brush with melted butter and Garlic Salt.
