Naan Flatbread
Ingredients
2 c Flour - AP
2 tsp Sugar or 1 pkg Equal/Splenda
1tsp Yeast
1/2 tsp Salt
3/4c Water
2 TBSP Plain Yogurt
2 TBSP Olive oil or Butter (melted)
Topping
2 TBSP Butter (melted) with Garlic Salt
Directions

Mix dry ingredients together and add other ingredients, mix well.

Rest for 1 hour.

Divide into 6 balls, rest 15 minutes.

Roll flat and fry on Medium hot griddle. Spray grilled 1st batch only.

Brush with melted butter and Garlic Salt.
